Founded in 2024, Insignia Pathway is a public charity focused on creating new pathways for expansion of the U.S. post-acute care workforce. No healthcare sector was impacted as much as skilled nursing by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through our programs, our goal is attract and retain more caregivers to serve the needs of the nation’s most vulnerable patient populations.

We are dedicated to addressing workforce challenges and inspiring new participants including the next generation to join this essential field. As part of our commitment, we may offer financial resources and housing solutions to support caregivers, ensuring they have the stability needed to focus on their vital work.
