Mr. Christensen is a founder of The Ensign Group, Inc. and currently serves in the position of Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board. Additionally, he is a co-founder of both The Pennant Group and CareTrust REIT and assumed board roles for both companies upon their public listings and remains an active member of The Pennant Group’s Board from 2019 to the present day.

Mr. Port currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of The Ensign Group, Inc. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and has co-chaired Partners Advancing Post-Acute Care (formerly CPAC) since 2024, an organization that advocates for over 14,000 facilities in the post-acute care sector.

Mr. Daniels is a retired partner at TPG-Asia. He currently is a professor at BYU Marriott, where he teaches international business and international marketing.
