THE IMMIGRATION FUND

The Insignia Pathway Immigration Fund (“IPIF”) is dedicated to removing the financial barriers that discourage foreign Registered Nurses from obtaining visas to enter the U.S. and work for skilled nursing facilities.  Skilled nursing facilities most often serve society’s most vulnerable patients (called “residents” because many reside in the facility) who require daily skilled nursing services on a short or long term basis.  These residents tend to be elderly and/or have disabling health conditions.   Skilled nursing facilities employ Registered Nurses to provide direct nursing care to their resident population.

COMPASSION AT OUR CORE

The IPIF provides foreign Registered Nurses who are passionate about working with the skilled nursing resident population access to financial resources to help offset the nurse’s visa sponsorship, state licensure, travel to the U.S. and initial living expenses.  Please see the FAQ Section for further details about IPIF Grants.

MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE

We aim to strengthen the post-acute caregiving community and build a sustainable, compassionate future for both the caregivers and those they serve.
