Christopher Christensen

Mr. Christensen is a founder of The Ensign Group, Inc. and previously served as Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a co-founder of both The Pennant Group and CareTrust REIT and assumed board roles for both companies upon their public listings. Mr. Christensen has remained an active member of The Pennant Group’s Board of Directors since 2019.

Mr. Port currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Ensign Group, Inc. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and has co-chaired Partners Advancing Post-Acute Care (formerly CPAC) since 2024, an organization that advocates for over 14,000 facilities in the post-acute care sector.

Lee Daniels

Lee Daniels

Mr. Daniels is a retired partner at TPG-Asia. He currently is a professor at BYU Marriott, where he teaches international business and international marketing.
